Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter about 100g, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Milk You can substitute coconut milk for regular milk for even more coconut flavor
  • 7 slices fresh coconut or substitute unsweetened shredded coconut if needed

Instructions

  • Step 1: Infuse Coconut Goodness
