Ingredients

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or rasberries or mix
  • 1/2 cup spinach or spring greens optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder vanilla preferred
  • a few ice cubes optional if using frozen fruit

Optional Add-Ins (Choose Based on Your Goals):

  • 1/4 cup silken tofu or more chia seeds for added protein
  • dash cinnamon + maca root for stress reducing elements
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or a few walnuts for better mind clarity

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend for 30–60 seconds until fully smooth. Add more liquid or ice cubes if needed.
  • Pour into a tall glass or smoothie bowl. Garnish with seeds or berries if desired.

Notes

  • This smoothie is naturally gluten free. Just make sure your protein powder and nut butter are certified gluten free.
  • Great for prepping in advance. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
